VI. Internship Institution / Organisation / Company (3 Months)

Obligatory internship here in Germany or abroad. Also possible in non-EU countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.

 Educational Objective:

In theoretical and practical lessons the participants will learn how to use concepts and methods of financial project planning and financial management. These concepts concern especially projects in the scope of development cooperation and humanitarian assistance.
Graduates have a profound knowledge of fundraising tools and are qualified to manage project according to the framework requirements by donors of development cooperation and humanitarian aid. Graduates are experts of financial monitoring and financial reporting of projects.

Target Group:

We invite graduates from universities of applied sciences and universities, especially in the fields of social sciences, humanities, economics, engineering, law or with comparable degrees to apply to our program. Furthermore people with work experience in the sector of humanitarian aid or development cooperation are welcome to apply.

General experience in international work and knowledge of foreign languages would come as an advantage. Beyond that the field of international project management requires a high mobility, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.

Depending on the circumstances of each case and after a individual test, it is currently possible to take part without completed studies.

Final Assessment Week in Witzenhausen

Written Exam and final assessment in front of examination board.

5.254,56 € – Payment in 6 installments of 875,76 € each.

It is possible to apply for sponsorship by the German employment agency and the Jobcenter (Bildungsgutschein).
